Goal(s)
General Course Objectives:
*Engage students in a project-based approach to generate and develop an innovative concept, considering both its technical aspects and its potential to create value.
*Apply creativity techniques to generate ideas from a given problem and transform them into innovative concepts.
*Identify and formalize the innovative nature of a concept, both in terms of technology and expected uses.
*Use market analysis and segmentation methods to determine target users and identify commercial opportunities.
*Develop the concept’s value proposition and outline a basic business model: possible scenarios, revenue streams, risks, and profit opportunities.
*Present and defend the project in a competition, preparing a clear and persuasive pitch for a jury.
