Goal(s)
Ense3 engineers work in complex, international and intercultural environments. Their ability to adapt to such a context is therefore one of their essential skills. In the long term, this will enable them to integrate more rapidly into an intercultural professional and social context, and to better grasp large-scale international projects and challenges (climate change, sustainable development, globalized economy, etc.).

Content(s)
To develop and validate this skill, each student-engineer due to graduate from the 2021-2022 academic year, must validate its 4 essential components described by the reference framework:
- adopt a professional posture by being a driving force behind proposals,
- take into account the professional context,
- integrate the intercultural and international dimension.
No specific prerequisites
To validate your skills, you must :
- justify your self-positioning in relation to the level expected by the school, thanks to real-life work situations you will have experienced during your stay at Ense3,
- convince a jury that you are competent, through a reflective analysis of your skills development path.
To do this, you will draw on : - a skills report containing the evidence of your skills,
- an oral presentation during which you will defend this report at the end of your course.
The skills assessment defense is combined with the PFE defense to form a single “end-of-course defense”, lasting 40 min for the PFE and 20 min for the skills assessment.
