Goal(s)
On the following topics, the student will be able to:
1-New technological and energy paradigms
- explain the technological challenges associated with different energy sources (renewable, nuclear, fossil fuels) in the context of the energy transition.
- compare the performance, constraints, and prospects of different energy sectors.
 2-Integration of renewable energies and Smart Grids
- describe the challenges associated with integrating renewable energies into energy networks.
- explain the concepts of Smart Grids and the Internet of Energy as levers of flexibility and intelligence for the energy system.
 3-Systemic transitions (technological, social, economic)
- analyze the energy transition as a joint transformation of technological systems, social practices, and economic models.
- Identify the actors, mechanisms, and governance levers involved in a sustainable energy transition.
- Link technical transformations to social and economic dynamics from a systemic perspective.
