Goal(s)

The outcomes of this course are to be able to model, analyse and design control command architectures of different systems (mechanical, electrical, natural systems).

Responsible(s)

Christophe BERENGUER

Content(s)

Dynamic modelling of linear systems
Time response of linear systems
Representation of systems in frequency domain (Bode, Nyquist, Black-Nichols diagrams)
Analysis of closed-loop performances of linear system : precisions and stability, stability margins
Synthesis of linear controllers (P, PI and PID) in time and frequency domains

Prerequisites

Laplace Transform, Differential Equations, Complex Numbers
