The aim is to provide a pedagogical framework to give 1st year engineering students an opportunity to:
- reflect on their 'training, profession and career'
- discover the industrial world and 'engineering',
- make informed decisions when selecting courses and curriculum in order to meet their expectations

4 workshops: dream job, exploring the world of engineering & sectors of activity, knowing one-self (JAIME), reflecting on skills and competences, cultural self-awareness.
Attend/present a feedback session on a work experience.
- Individual work: contact 1 engineer, conduct an interview, do bibliographical research on the profession, exchange information with peers and present a ‘profession/sector of activity’ summary.
