Goals
Acquire knowledge in nuclear safety and security and regulatory frameworks, on the diagnosis of systems and their dependability, the management of facilities and risk management and crisis on the deterministic analysis and probabilistic approach safety.
Present the main methods and tools for assessing the safety of systems design (dependability, nuclear safety) and operation (monitoring and diagnosis).
Present rules and describe the principles of nuclear safety and security. Present different methods for risk assessment of nuclear power plant operation.
Give responsibility for monitoring and control of systems in normal and degraded mode and analyzes and safety assessments (regulation, deterministic approaches, probabilistic approaches).
Content Approaches to safety and security of civilian nuclear facilities and plants; Deterministic and probabilistic design approaches in operation; Regulatory standards; Accidents and return global experience; Management and risk management and crisis; Diagnosis of an industrial safety system in operation.
