To prepare students for current and future nuclear issues:
fuel cycle (especially nuclear waste management),
new reactors (EPR reactor, on-board nuclear reactors, breeder reactors / Gen IV reactors, ITER),
Dismantlement / decommissioning of nuclear plants and nuclear power stations,
Advanced digital supervision (ADACS Software).

Processes involved in upstream / downstream fuel cycle (extraction, PUREX vitrification ...), Modern techniques developed in decommissioning. Digital learning sessions on ADACS supervision software
Series of lectures on future nuclear reactors (embedded reactor EPR MSFR, ITER) and learning groups formed around Gen III or IV reactors
Basic background in mechanics, nuclear physics, nuclear safety

First session
Final assessment (ET1) :
- 1h30 supervised written exam about course of cycle du combustible (Mme Billard)
- 1h30 supervised written exam about course of ombustible (M. Rubiolo)
Continous assessment (CC1) :
- supervised written exam about course of disassembly
- supervised written exam about course of serious accidents
If distant learning mandatory : all written exams replaced by time-limited homework assignments
