Goal(s)
Conduct a "tripartite" interview per semester involving the work-study student, the academic tutor, and the stage manager.
The three-way interview allows for an assessment of the past period(s) and to set objectives for the upcoming period.

Content(s)
Tripartite meetings between the student, the academic tutor and the internship supervisor:
- First tripartite interview (1st semester): assessment of the previous period and objectives for the year's work.
- Assessment of the work carried out during the previous period(s).
- Objectives for the coming period(s) are set.
- Fill in the “assessment” and “objectives” skills grids
Second tripartite interview 4 (2nd semester): assessment of the year's work and objectives for the next period.
- Assessment of work done in the previous period(s).
- Objectives for the next period are set.
- Fill in the “assessment” and “objectives” skills grids
Test
Session 1
Continuous Assessment (CA1): The grade is based on a three-way interview involving the academic advisor, the apprenticeship supervisor, and the student.
Final Exam (FE1): The grade is based on a final three-way interview involving the academic advisor, the apprenticeship supervisor, and the student.
Each three-way meeting serves as a skills assessment and is conducted in three stages:
- The work-study student presents up to 5 slides orally to explain their assignment, their contribution, and their skills assessment
- Grading for the past period:
- The quality of work performed during the past period at the company (50%)
- The quality of the student’s synthesis and analysis work—self-assessment and presentation (25%)
- The student’s progress over the past period (25%)
