The general objective of the module is to enable students to:
-understand the importance of economic analysis in strategic decision-making for large-scale energy projects;
-apply core economic concepts (opportunity cost, trade-offs, incentives, externalities, etc.) within a systemic and interdisciplinary framework;
-develop a common language that facilitates collaboration across disciplines (economics, engineering, environmental science, public policy) and strengthen their ability to think across sectors.
