Goal(s)

In a context of globalisation, internationalisation is a systematic approach for managing strategic change which consists of the following :
(i) positioning of the firm through strategy and capability planning ;
(ii) real-time strategic response through issue management, finance, corporate governance, organisational design and industrial organisation.
