- different kinds of leaderships
- conflicts and crisis management
- working law
Diagnostic – Financial analysis:
- Firm organization (financing, investing and operating cycles)
- Reading and understanding financial statements
- Basic elements about financial diagnostic
Prerequisites :
Basic knowledge about firm management (human and financial aspects) (students should have previously followed the course “Introduction to firm management”)
Test
personal or group evaluations based on real situations.
