Goal(s)
Application of project management topics as project life cycle, activities, organisation, leadership, scheduling, budgeting and controlling.
Lab work is based on one multi-domain project (which can include power, control, signal or image processing). Each project is made on technological platforms by a group of student (no more than 8).
A particular attention will be stressed on work scheduling, management and analysis inside the group

Les étudiants auront un travail en groupe à réaliser depuis la définition du diagramme de Gantt initial à la réalisation du travail demandé par le client.
Le suivi de projet sera réalisé au cours de réunion d'avancement où les étudiants commenteront le respect du planing initial, un tableau d'indicateurs d'avancement du projet et une fiche de reportig.
La fin du projet donnera lieu à la rédaction de rapports (partie technique et partie gestion de projet) et à une soutenance.
