Grenoble INP – Ense³, UGA and the Università Federico II di Napoli are pleased to announce the award of a Franco-Italian Chair, marking an important milestone in the development of academic collaborations between France and Italy.

Promoted by the Université Franco-Italienne, an institution dedicated to fostering academic and scientific cooperation between the two countries in the fields of education and research, this Chair represents a major opportunity to further strengthen the partnership between the two universities.

Through this programme, professors, students and PhD candidates will have the opportunity to undertake mobility periods ranging from two weeks to one month per year during the academic years 2025/2026 and 2026/2027. These exchanges will enrich training pathways and encourage the emergence of new scientific collaborations.
The Chair will also provide funding for scientific publications, participation in international conferences, and the organisation of seminars, symposia and summer schools, thereby supporting a dynamic and structured cooperation framework.

Professors Olivier Sename and Luigi Glielmo, responsible for the Chair within the two institutions, will coordinate all planned activities and ensure the proper implementation of the programme throughout its duration.
