Goal(s)
At the end of this course, students will:
- know the main existing time-frequency representations,
- understand the estimation techniques of these quantities,
- know how to realize a time-frequency analysis of a a given nonstationary signal.

Outline:
1. Non-parametric methods:
- Wigner-Ville and ambiguity function
- Short time Fourier Transform and spectrogram
- instantaneous amplitude and frequency
2. Parametric methods :
- Autoregressive model
- other methods(Prony, Capon, Lagunas)
3. Applications on experimental data
