- Understand the estimation technics of time-frequency representations.
- To be able to realize a time-frequency analysis of a particular signal.

1. Non-parametric methods
- Heisenberg-Gabor uncertainty principle
- Wigner-Ville representation and ambiguity function
- Short-Time Fourier Transform (STFT) and spectrogram
- instantaneous frequency
2. Parametric methods
- Auto-Regressive model
- Other methods (Prony, Capon, Lagunas)
3. Tuning and application on measured data in Labworks
Prerequisites :
Basics in Signal Processing.
