2 Object-oriented network model: example MMS
3 Main commercial standards:
- AS-i
- FIP
- CAN
- Profibus
- Modbus
4. Industrial Ethernet
5 Real-time communication protocols (RTPS, Modbus-TCP and SNMP)

Labs:
- communication protocols programming on PLC networks
- traffic capture analysis of RTPS, Modbus/TCP and XWAY protocols
