Goal(s)
To master the basic references and tools in the fields of:
. firm project
. basic concepts and tools relative to project management
The students will apprehend the culture of the project organisation. They will apply the main concepts and techniques of project management in the context of their collective or engineering project.
Content(s)
Introduction to the concepts of project and project management:
. Project and project management particularities
. The persons taking part in the project
. The different periods of the project
Main tools of project management:
. The main techniques of project management (precedence constraints between tasks, attribution of the means, organization, planning, risks management, project control, study of deadlines and costs)
The students will benefit from a project management methodology which can be directly applied on their collective/engineering project.
Human aspects:
. Projects organization
. Group management
Prerequisites :
No prerequisite
Test
evaluation on the good use of management tools and on the group project presentation.
