Goal(s)

To implement the basic notions aud tools of the continuum mechanics in order to model the fluid flows and the deformations of solids – To study some physical couplings.

Content(s)

Applications of the Continuum Mechanics to :
- incompressible Newtonian fluids
- deformable solids (elasticity)
- coupled phenomena involving continuous media  (thermoelasticity, piezoélectricity, soil consolidation, …)
