Goals

The objectives of this lesson is to give different tools in order to solve the technological problems the engineer have during the conception or the use of industrial mechanism in the energy sector. Application on a project continuously monitored by two teachers (mechanics and electrics).

Content

Manufacturing process : molding, mechanized welding, stamping, ..
Cotation: introduction of the ISO tolerancing principle, adjustings, chains of dimensions.
Study of the different mechanical links and their classical functions: sealing, lubrification...



Prerequisites

Module:'industrial system analysis' or similar lesson
