The purpose of this Course Unit is to deal with what is the new energy context, in all its complexity. Specifically, this course unit focuses on the economic, environmental and policy issues related to changes in the energy landscape in terms of energy supply. Analysis of economic processes that are taking place as a result of new constraints (technical, market, environment, ...) are presented. The emphasis is on the practical consequences that result and the changes they induce on the behaviour of actors in the energy sector.
This Course Unit will also provide students with the regulatory and policy knowledge to better understand the needs and challenges of the energy sector.
This Course Unit is divided into several parts: Economics of Energy & international energy markets (C.
