Coming as exchange student
Students from partner institutions with whom Ense3 has signed an exchange agreement may apply as exchange student. Please consult the exchange partner list to find out if your university has an agreement with Ense3.
You should fulfill the following requirements: go to the International Relations office of your university to obtain information (application requirements, choice of courses, scholarships...). Then you must be nominated by your home institution.
You have the opportunity to come to Ense3 either for one semester or one academic year. As an exchange student, you remain enrolled in your home institution, thus you do not have to pay extra tuition fees to the host institution, except for compulsory tuition fees.
In order to avoid timetable clashes, you are encouraged to select courses /projects from one single year of study.
It is also possible to choose one or two courses from other fields or from another school (be careful all schools are not located at the same place) but we cannot guarantee it will be compatible with your schedule.
Your study program should be approved by your home institution. Then you will have a meeting with a departmental advisor when you arrive. He will check with you your study program and will advise you on educational aspects.
If you are accepted as an exchange student at Ense3, you will receive a letter of acceptance (including practical information about your stay) a few weeks after the deadlines below:
- May 1st, for the autumn/fall semester and the academic year
- November 14th, for the spring semester
